Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Once your request is submitted, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by our system and attach it securely to your package.

Pack Your Gear

Place your unworn footwear in its original shoebox and pack it inside a sturdy shipping container to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
